Position description
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Review and Quality Assurance: Review documentation for structured notes transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance and maintaining high quality standards.
Issuer and Product Analysis: Analyze issuers and products, identifying risks and opportunities.
Transaction Management: Manage a pipeline of transactions, ensuring timely completion and client communication.
Database Management: Develop and maintain a detailed database of transactions
Client Support: Respond to advisor requests and support transaction completion.
Operational Coordination: Coordinate the setup of notes with internal and external teams.
Process Improvement: Develop efficient processes and leverage technology for automation.
Marketing Support: Assist in marketing and raising awareness of structured notes.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in structured notes or a related field.
Proficiency in French is highly advantageous

Strong understanding of financial markets and products with emphasis on structured notes
