As an Investor Specialist, you will serve as a trusted communicator and relationship manager, helping Steadyhand clients make confident financial decisions through clear communication, behavioural guidance, and investment advice. You will build strong client relationships, deliver thoughtful and balanced advice across financial, behavioural, and investment dimensions, and contribute to business growth while mentoring junior colleagues and embracing technology and process improvements. Role Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are an asset.

• 10+ years of experience in financial advisory, investment planning, or wealth management.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and delivering personalized financial and investment advice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly.
• Experience in client presentations, webinars, and public speaking is an asset.
