Meet the women who are building a community of support for other women working in Alberta’s finance industry, helping them to reach their potential, advance in their careers and inspire the industry to build talented teams that are diverse and inclusive.

We are honoured to join the ranks of more than 4,000 women, men and gender-diverse professionals across Canada who are part of the VersaFi network. Throughout our careers, we have been surprised by how few women we meet in boardrooms, in the executive suite and generally across the industry in Alberta.

There is an increasing need for professional development programs and networking opportunities for women to grow their careers and retain top female talent – and the Alberta Steering Committee is here to help. Working directly with the VersaFi team, we offer a wide variety of activities that enable increased networking and career-building opportunities.
