High performance comes at a cost.  For many professionals, that cost is burnout. This in-person session offers a practical, evidence-informed introduction to nervous system regulation through yoga therapy, led by guest speaker Angie Howden-Duke.

Designed for professionals at all stages, this session will explore:

  • the distinction between yoga and yoga therapy
  • practical tools including breathwork, emotional freedom technique (EFT/tapping), and energy clearing
  • balance and how it differs for every individual and life stage
  • the differences in force, push, tension, and brace, and how each affects the body and mind

The session features interactive elements throughout and is designed to meet you where you are; no mat, leggings, or water required.
