A current Vice Chair and Head of Capital Markets with CIBC, Kathy has acquired a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions, not to mention debt and equity financings across multiple sectors, such as technology, telecom, consumer retail, industrial products, and forestry.

She has also held a variety of high profile advisory positions within the province, serving as the Vice Chair of the Business Council of British Columbia and representing the technology industry on the BC Jobs and Investment Board.
