RTBS Info Session & Workshop

Considering applying for our Return to Bay Street (RTBS) Program? Join us for an informative and practical session designed to help you understand the program and strengthen your application.

The session will begin with an overview of RTBS, including program structure, timelines, and what selected candidates can expect throughout the experience. You will also hear directly from past RTBS participants, who will share insights into their journeys, lessons learned, and the impact of the program on their careers.

The second half of the session will feature a resume and LinkedIn workshop tailored to women preparing to re-enter the finance industry. Led with a recruiter’s perspective, this workshop will provide actionable guidance to help you position your experience with clarity and confidence.

Participants will learn how to:

• Build a results-driven resume that clearly demonstrates impact, achievements, and transferable skills
• Translate past experience, including career breaks, into a compelling and cohesive professional narrative
• Understand how recruiters use LinkedIn for proactive candidate searches, including search parameters and keywords
• Apply practical strategies recruiters use to identify high-potential talent
• Ask questions and gain clarity on resume expectations for RTBS applicants
