Job Description:
Within the Global Strategy team, you are at the heart of the action! You are involved in all aspects of the team’s activities: strategic planning, and special projects for senior management.
Working closely with your colleagues, and leveraging your problem-solving skills, investment acumen, and sharp analytical abilities, you will contribute to developing and implementing an ambitious strategy that will drive the Caisse’s performance. If you enjoy solving complex problems and are a versatile, creative, and collaborative individual, this position is for you!
What you will do

Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses and research on the internal and external environment of La Caisse;
Contribute to special or cross-functional projects of La Caisse;
Prepare reports and summaries for senior management;
Participate in the strategic planning of La Caisse;
Organize events related to the strategy;
Collaborating closely within the team and with other teams.

What you bring

Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a field related to investment or quantitative analysis (mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, economics, engineering);
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a field related to investment, finance, corporate strategy or a sector related to quantitative analysis and complex problem solving;
Excellent command of computer tools, such as PowerPoint and Excel;
Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written*.

*Oral and/or written interactions with external partners based outside Quebec (service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, etc.).
