Required skills / Experience

What you will need to succeed

Experience and Knowledge

University degree;
CFA designation;
3 to 7 years of experience in fixed income trading, risk management and/or portfolio construction;
Knowledge of financial information systems and sources such as Bloomberg and Excel.
Technical proficiency in VBA, SQL, Python is an asset;

Skills and Abilities

Disciplined, analytical approach, oriented towards problem solving;
Ability to quickly analyze and interpret a high volume of information;
Ability to organize, prioritize and accomplish different tasks;
Capacity to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment;
A demonstrated high degree of initiative, leadership and resourcefulness;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Knowledge of French is an asset.
