Join Desjardins’s fintech academy and accelerate your career in IT with our training and coaching program based on experiential learning. Work in a welcoming environment and develop industry-recognized technical and cross-sector skills. As a functional and configuration analyst, you conduct reports, audits, financial simulations and risk analyses. You contribute to the financial performance, planning and reviewing of budget processes. You also manage and monitor accounting systems by gathering and recording financial data. More specifically, you will be required to :

• Analyze and meet business needs and guide clients toward appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate on the detailed design of the solution.
• Help configure and develop solutions that meet the product owner’s technical and business needs
• Define and run test cases for development and configurations applied throughout the delivery cycle.
• Prepare or update required documentation.
• Cocreate with business partners to define needs and manage backlogs.
• Work as part of an agile team.
