Position description

Responsibilities

  • Corporate Governance & Partner Affairs: Support the planning and execution of Executive Committee and Partner meetings, including agenda development, materials coordination, and tracking of action items to ensure timely follow-through. Partner closely with the CPO and senior leadership to ensure alignment on key priorities and partner-related initiatives. Contribute to the effective management of leadership operating rhythms, including offsites and strategic planning sessions.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a central point of contact between the CPO and internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, business heads, executive assistants, and partners, ensuring alignment, coordination, and effective communication across the organization.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with the CPO and senior leaders to define and drive HR and people-related strategic priorities, talent initiatives, and culture-building programs aligned with organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing thoughtful counsel on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and business transformation.
  • Talent: Own and support the firm-wide talent agenda by designing and executing integrated talent strategies across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, learning, and succession planning. Provide hands-on support to leaders in developing high-performing teams and building organizational capability.
  • Trusted Advisor: Partner closely with RPIA leaders to actively guide and coach them through organizational design and development, talent acquisition, talent management, leadership and capability development, and learning, providing practical, hands-on HR support that enables strong leadership and sustained business performance.
  • Project Leadership & Firm-Wide Initiatives: Manage or oversee cyclical and strategic projects in coordination with the CPO that require cross-functional collaboration. This includes strategic reviews, annual planning cycles, and key transformation initiatives. Contribute to leadership planning cycles and firm-wide governance processes, ensuring alignment of people initiatives with broader business priorities.
  • HR Governance & Alignment: Ensure alignment between HR policies, programs, and people practices with business objectives and overall corporate strategy. Develop, implement, and monitor governance frameworks to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Support broader corporate governance practices in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Corporate Communications: Work in coordination with the CPO to develop internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged. Ensure alignment of communications strategy with corporate values and culture.
  • Strategic Workforce & Business Planning: Support business strategy and planning by providing HR insight into strategy and objective setting, workforce planning, headcount management, and organizational capacity to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
  • CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
  • Strong financial and accounting foundation
  • Experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, and/or partner groups
  • Experience in professional services, financial services, or asset management preferred
