The Municipal Pension Plan (MPP) is seeking a business development and relationship-driven professional to join our team as the Director, Plan Growth and Partnership. This newly created role is central to our mission of expanding access to defined benefit pensions across the province. Bringing proven business development expertise, as the Director, Plan Growth and Partnership, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative outreach and engagement strategies, cultivating long-term partnerships with new employers and stakeholders. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, guiding prospective employers through the value and benefits of joining the MPP.
In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the creation and implementation of key initiatives such as the Employer Outreach and Engagement Strategy. You’ll work closely with executive-level contacts, unions, and plan members to identify opportunities for growth, and represent the interests of the MPP. Senior-level
Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, business administration or the equivalent and a minimum of 7 years of related experience
$100, 000+
Salary Range: $123,100.01 $173,500.11 per annum

Additional Info: Travel will be required.
Must have
-Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Suite products, SharePoint, and in-house databases.
-Valid BC Driver’s license.
