The Institutional Distribution team is responsible for supporting the firm’s relationships with institutional clients, consultants, and platforms. This team plays a key role in business development by delivering high-quality materials, insights, and coordination to support growth across institutional channels.

Salary Range:

$40,000 - $55,000

Position description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support project-based initiatives related to institutional distribution
  • Contribute to the development of client materials, including pitch decks, RFP/RFI responses, and reporting tools
  • Assist in mapping client segments, consultants, platforms, and prospective opportunities
  • Collaborate with distribution, investment, and marketing teams to support business development efforts

This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
