Position description

Women in Finance Internship Program Overview:
The Women in Finance Internship program (“WiF”) reflects the Invico’s commitment to enhancing diversity by increasing the recruitment and advancement of women in finance careers. The WiF program is designed to provide an immersive, hands-on experience in all key areas of investment management. Interns will gain a comprehensive understanding of how a leading investment fund operates by working
cross functionally with teams throughout the organization in core areas of (i) portfolio management, (ii) underwriting, (iii) investor relations, and (iv) market research. This structure offers a unique opportunity to
learn from professionals in various roles, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Investment team with credit analysis and due diligence on prospective investments,
including financial modeling, valuation, and industry research.
• Support portfolio management by tracking financial ratios, analyzing operational performance, and
reviewing covenant compliance for active investments.
• Help organize and maintain data room documents for potential and active investments.
• Assist in preparing fund marketing materials and investor presentations.
• Support competitor and market research to aid fundraising and business development initiatives.
• Assist with sector-specific and macroeconomic research.
• Provide ad hoc support and analysis to teams across the firm as needed

Required skills / Experience

Qualifications/Core Competencies:
• Enrolled in a third or fourth-year undergraduate program in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and credit analysis principles.
• Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Developed analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
