Ivey’s Women in Asset Management summer program provides you with four weeks of in-class training combined
with a 10- to 12-week internship at an asset management firm. Available to students who self-identify as women, are
completing their second year of studies at any Canadian university, and are Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
In-class training takes place in May at Ivey Business School followed by an internship from June until August.

Required skills / Experience

• Undergraduate students who self-identify as women and are interested in learning more about investments and
asset management and will have completed their second year of undergraduate studies by May 2026 from Western
University of any other Canadian university;
• You are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (international students are not eligible);
• You can be in any faculty;
• You should have a natural curiosity for financial markets and investing;
• You should have a strong track record of academic success while balancing extracurricular activities; and,
• Investment knowledge and strong research, reporting, and technical skills are beneficial but not required.
