Are you an experienced change management professional ready to shape how one of Canada’s leading institutional investors navigates change?
BCI is seeking a Manager, Organizational Change Management to lead organizational change initiatives and contribute to building enterprise-wide change management capability. You’ll develop and implement change strategies, design communications plans, and deliver training programs that drive business outcomes while actively supporting employees through transitions.
In this role, you’ll partner with OCM team members and other stakeholders across our global offices to enable project-driven change and execute on OCM initiatives. A seasoned change manager with financial services or investment management background would be ideal.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Experience & Inclusion (EE&I), the Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) works with members of the OCM team and stakeholders to deliver on BCI’s OCM mandate and plan to enable enterprise change management capability. The individual plays a key role in ensuring BCI meets desired business outcomes by providing sound management advice, tools and support to the organization. The Manager works to identify and address people, organizational, process and technology impacts at BCI, while supporting organization-wide internal communications and change management.
The Manager is responsible for providing organizational change management for assigned projects and business initiatives. The role is responsible for the identification and development of OCM plans for these projects, hands-on execution of OCM activities, provision of OCM support, and working collaboratively with project teams to ensure achievement of business objectives.

The Employee Experience & Inclusion (EE&I) team is at the epicentre of BCI’s culture and the employee experience across our global offices. The team is responsible for the execution and implementation of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategy, building BCI’s competitive advantage through employee experience initiatives and enabling effective change management.

This role can be based in either our Victoria or Vancouver office, with a strong preference for Victoria.
SALARY RANGE
The annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $124,000 – $144,000.
