Position description

The Opportunity: We are currently hiring for a hands-on support role on our Digital Product Management team, focused on our Order Management System (OMS), connected applications, and external venues. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, investment products, and business operations, helping ensure stable, reliable OMS service across global regions.

What you’ll do

  • Provide real-time production support for Charles River IMS (CRIMS) / OMS components, resolving incidents and service requests within SLAs.
  • Monitor system health, handle alerts, analyze logs, and perform performance tuning to maintain platform stability.
  • Troubleshoot OMS connectivity and integration issues (including FIX) using network and diagnostic tools.
  • Partner with development teams and vendors to escalate defects, deliver fixes/enhancements, and support upgrades/patches and testing.
  • Work with end users to understand workflows, communicate impact/status, and identify practical improvements.
  • Apply ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change practices; document BAU processes and maintain audit-ready controls.
Required skills / Experience

What we’re looking for

  • Hands-on technical support experience with Charles River or an equivalent OMS/IMS platform.
  • Strong customer focus and a solutions-oriented mindset; able to recommend practical, timely options.
  • Solid analytical skills with SQL and Excel; comfortable using scripting/automation to streamline support where appropriate.
  • Experience supporting OMS connectivity and desk-based dealing applications in an enterprise environment.
  • Working knowledge of investment products (funds/ETFs, equities, fixed income, OTC/derivatives).
  • Experience troubleshooting in SaaS environments; familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
  • Clear communicator who can liaise with stakeholders, prioritize under pressure, and share knowledge across the team.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of enterprise scheduling systems.
  • Experience with an Azure-based technology stack.

Compensation & benefits: Expected annual base salary: $70,000–$90,000 (based on experience, skills, education, and internal equity), plus eligibility for variable compensation, including participation in the Company’s discretionary bonus program (subject to plan terms).
