What we are looking for:
The Vice President of Finance & Controller, Canada, will be a key finance leader for Fiera Capital Corporation (FCC) and will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. The Vice President of Finance & Controller, Canada will be responsible for all aspects the financial Controllership of Fiera Capital Corporation and will have overall responsibility for the financial statements of Fiera’s various funds domiciled in Canada with various public market and private market strategies.
In addition, this role will have responsibility for statutory filings and the annual audited non-consolidated financial statements of Fiera Capital Corporation and supporting the group Company audit; production of the fund’s financial statements and other continuous disclosure requirements in accordance with local regulations and managing the related funds audit; and day to day financial management. Further, the Vice President of Finance, Canada, will be responsible for supporting treasury and tax related matters for the Canadian legal entities and will have a team of up to 8 finance professionals reporting into them, and will work closely with the Global Controllership Team, Fund Administration Team, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Billings, Tax and FP&A and will be involved with special projects as required.
The role will be based in Toronto Canada and travel will be required to other Fiera locations, from time to time.
