The Ontario Steering Committee has grown significantly over the past few years, leading to more events, networking and programming than ever before. The goal of the Committee is to shine a light on the many professional enrichment, networking and leadership opportunities available to women and gender-diverse individuals, at every age and stage of their careers, starting from high school through to the most senior of positions. This involves bringing together thought leaders and industry experts who can provide insight into the importance of networking and skills development along the way.
