December 8, 2025 – On behalf of the VersaFi Board of Directors, as well as our President & CEO, Tanya van Biesen, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Raman Rai as our recently appointed board member.
Raman is the Managing Partner for Financial Services at Deloitte, responsible for the firm’s four financial services sectors: Banking and Capital Markets, Insurance, Investment Management, and Real Estate. She works alongside industry leaders to define and implement Deloitte’s strategic vision, driving innovation and shaping world-class financial services.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Raman spent 17+ years with the HSBC Group, working in more than 20 countries. During that time, she held various leadership roles in Commercial Banking, including Global Head of Business Banking, Senior Vice-President & Head of Global Liquidity and Cash Management, and European Regional Head of Commercial Insurance.
Her extensive international experience has shaped her global perspective and fueled her passion for championing inclusive leadership and mentoring others.
