December 4, 2025 – VersaFi is proud to welcome Kristina Fanjoy, CPP Investments and Humayun Jafrani, EY Canada, to our Advisory Council.
Kristina Fanjoy is Senior Managing Director and CFO of CPP Investments. Kristina leads the global finance functions including business and financial planning, valuations, performance reporting and analytics, tax, and financial policy, controls and reporting. Since joining CPP Investments in 2010, she has contributed to the development of its finance capabilities as assets under management grew from $128 billion to $777 billion as of September 2025.
Kristina’s earlier career in professional services at KPMG spanned audit, compliance and advisory services. She also currently serves on the Board of Governors at North York General Hospital and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Humayun Jafrani is Managing Partner, Financial Services and member of the Canadian Executive Leadership Team at EY Canada. With more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Humayun brings a deep sector knowledge in capital markets, insurance, wealth and asset management, alongside a commitment to inclusive leadership. At EY, Humayun leads with purpose; championing innovation, collaboration, and a people-first approach that has helped transform how financial institutions serve their communities.
A passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, his work has consistently focused on creating pathways for underrepresented voices in finance, mentoring emerging leaders, as well as delivering initiatives that foster belonging across the sector.
