VersaFi’s Executive Leaders Program is a national program designed to offer mid-senior women a distinctive and invaluable professional development experience, positioning each of them to advance their respective leadership goals.
In partnership with Felix Global, VersaFi’s Executive Leaders Program provides a dynamic seven-month experience that includes executive coaching and personal development sessions, including a Facet5™ professional personality assessment and a 360-degree evaluation and report.
The program has delivered positive impact as indicated by 99 per cent of its alumnae and a retention within the finance industry among 97 per cent of alumnae that have completed the Executive Leaders program.
