VersaFi’s Executive Leaders Program is a national program designed to offer mid-senior women a distinctive and invaluable professional development experience, positioning each of them to advance their respective leadership goals.

In partnership with Felix Global, VersaFi’s Executive Leaders Program provides a dynamic seven-month experience that includes executive coaching and personal development sessions, including a Facet5™ professional personality assessment and a 360-degree evaluation and report.

The program has delivered positive impact as indicated by 99 per cent of its alumnae and a retention within the finance industry among 97 per cent of alumnae that have completed the Executive Leaders program. At VersaFi, we are proud to partner with firms that recognize the positive impact the Executive Leaders Program has in their workplaces, including enhanced retention, and more inclusive leadership pipelines.
