Taking your Career to the Next Level

Elevate is a virtual ten-week program with five workshop sessions and five peer-to-peer sessions. Workshop sessions feature high-caliber speakers and professional development experts, presenting on topics that support mid-level women (6-11 years of experience) as you move your career forward into senior leadership positions and grow your professional network.

• Build influential and empowering professional relationships;
• Develop professional skills for career advancement;
• Learn in workshops led by sector experts and from educational materials shared pre\post sessions;
• Advance your knowledge and awareness of gender diversity and inclusion and how to incorporate into your leadership practices; and
• Receive a shareable Credly verifiable digital credential.

The Program includes

• 5 workshops on various topics, held virtually;
• Peer-to-Peer Learning, where registrants will be invited to learn from one another in a non-structured session, one week following each workshop. Registrants will share stories from their career journey and gain valuable learning opportunities from their peers.
