Elevate is a virtual ten-week program with workshop sessions featuring high-caliber speakers and professional development experts. Sessions are designed to support mid-career women (4-9 years of experience) advancing leadership skills and progressing careers.

Join Elevate to:

Develop practical, career-advancing skills in feedback, negotiation, and conflict management;
Enhance decision-making, navigate performance discussions and increase visibility;
Hone leadership skills to evolve your brand; and
Access resources in workshops led by sector experts

The Program includes

5 workshops, session topics outlined below;

- All sessions will be held on Zoom from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET.
- The program will run from April through May

Participants must have 4-9 years of professional experience
Women and Non-Binary Professionals
Program Cost
- $700 + HST (member rate)
- $900 + HST (non-member rate)
