VersaFi Soar Program

Take flight with Soar

Soar is a virtual 10 week program with five workshop sessions & five peer- to- peer. Workshop sessions feature high-caliber speakers and professional development experts, presenting on topics that support senior women (12-17 years) in leadership roles to move their careers forward and grow their professional network.

Expand your professional network and foster empowering professional relationships
Enhance your skills in team and executive management
Access resources and experts on topics designed to enhance your professional skills
Expand your understanding of diversity and inclusion and how to incorporate ED&I principles into your leadership;
Receive a shareable Credly verifiable digital credential.

The Program includes

5 workshops on various topics, held virtually;
Peer-to-Peer Learning, where registrants will be invited to learn from one another in a non-structured session, one week following each workshop. Registrants will share stories from their career journey and gain valuable learning opportunities from their peers.

Important Details:

All sessions are held on Zoom;
Starting in 2025, the program will be run once in the Spring & once in the fall. Stay tuned for more details.

Program Criteria

Participants must meet the following criteria:

Individuals who have been in the finance sector for 12-17 years;
Women or gender-diverse professionals
Program Cost
- $600 + HST (member price)
- $700 + HST (regular price)
