Take flight with Soar

Soar is a virtual ten-week program including five workshop sessions featuring high-caliber speakers and professional development experts. Session topics are designed to support senior-in-career women (10-15 years) in leadership roles to advance careers and grow professional networks.

Join Soar to:

Consider career acceleration through strategic pivots, increased visibility, and promotions;
Hone leadership skills to evolve your brand;
Enhance your skills in a team and executive management role
Access resources and experts on topics designed to enhance your professional skills; and
Build executive decision-making and influence to deliver organizational results

The Program includes

5 workshops, session topics are outlined below;

- All sessions will be conducted virtually (Zoom) from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET;
- The program will be run in April through May.

Program Criteria

Participants must meet the following criteria:

Individuals who have been in the finance sector for 10-15 years;
Women and gender-diverse professionals
Program Cost
- $800 + HST (member price)
- $1000 + HST (regular price)
