The Move: An Enhanced Leadership Experience for Senior Executive Women

Designed for senior women leaders in financial services. For each cohort The Move fosters meaningful connections, encourages shared experiences, enhances enterprise influence, leadership and impact.

The Move includes Managing Directors, Senior Vice Presidents, and equivalent senior executives, in a unique 9-month commitment for a transformative journey focused on leadership in four critical areas: self, teams, enterprise, and the industry.

Grounded in evidence-based leadership development and sustainable high-performance research, The Move combines immersive in-person workshops, executive coaching, facilitated peer discussions, and group coaching to create lasting behavioural and organizational impact.

About The Move:

  • Elements of the program:
    • Four in-person leadership workshops and facilitated executive discussions (during private dinners);
    • Momentum and commitment to accountability through five individual executive coaching sessions;
    • Leadership assessment tools, including CliftonStrengths; and
    • A highly engaged peer community of senior executive women
  • Program Journey:
    • Leading Self – Building self-awareness, resilience, emotional intelligence, and intentional leadership;
    • Leading Teams – Creating high-performing cultures grounded in trust, empowerment, collaboration, and accountability;
    • Leading Enterprise – Strengthening an enterprise-wide leadership perspective and navigating organizational complexity; and
    • Leading the Industry – Leveraging leadership influence to shape the industry, communities, and broader societal progress.

Program Selection

  • – MD/SVP or higher in role for more than 4 years
  • – Candidates are selected with the nomination of their firm (fee of $13,500 + HST CAD per participant for VersaFi corporate partners)
  • Month 1, October 15: Program kickoff & networking dinner/coaching
  • Month 2, November 24: Leading Self (in-person)
  • Month 3, December: Coaching
  • Month 4, January 27: Leading Teams (in-person)
  • Month 5, February: Coaching
  • Month 6, March: Coaching
  • Month 7, April 22: Leading Enterprise (in-person)
  • Month 8, May 27: Leading Society (in-person)
  • Month 9, June: Coaching
