VersaFi’s leadership program, The Move is dedicated to senior-in-career women in finance and their unique needs.

We are proud to bring The Move to our community with 2025 marking its inaugural year.

This 12-month program has been designed as a comprehensive leadership development experience, focused on enhancing participant leadership by equipping them with resources to amplify their impact at an enterprise level and enabling them to foster meaningful connections with a network of high-performing, senior-in-career women.

This exclusive cohort is designed for senior-in-career women in Financial Services at the Managing Director/Senior VP level or above, who have been in their roles for over four years and are actively seeking to expand their leadership influence and organizational reach.

The program is facilitated by Valeo Leadership and Tori Barton – Executive Coaching

About The Move:

  • Intimate in-person, interactive workshops designed for deepening self-awareness, fostering high-performing, inclusive teams, cultivating a purpose-driven organizational culture and leveraging enterprise influence to address industry and global challenges
  • Individual coaching sessions to maximize momentum and career plans 
  • A personal and professional leadership assessment
  • Community with an exclusive  network of high-performing, senior-in-career, executives

 

Program Selection

  • MD/SVP or higher for > 4 years
  • Candidates are accepted with the nomination of their firm (fee of $12,000 + HST CAD per participant for corporate partners)
